Marlene Dietrich is well known as one of the 20th century's great entertainers – film star, cabaret artist, war time morale-booster for the allied troops – but less well-known is her atheism and her lesbianism.

In our presentation, Good Evening, Miss Dietrich, Terry Sanderson will take us through Marlene's many personas using rare archive film, including:

Marlene in the Movies
Some of her camp classics from the Hollywood Years

Marlene at War
A moving and inspiring account of her anti-Nazi activities during WWII

Marlene on Stage
A complete performance of her cabaret show recorded in Sweden in 1963, when she was at the peak of her powers, with accompaniment by Burt Bacharach. Features all the favourite songs - Boys in the Backroom, Falling in Love Again, Lili Marlene, Where Have all the Flowers Gone? and many others. This archive film gets a very rare outing, so don't miss this unique opportunity to see it on the big screen.

Fall in love again with Marlene. Tickets are limited, book yours now.

Souvenirs and rare memorabilia will be available for sale.
